Dr. Eviatar is the Director of Aesthetic Medicine and Surgery at Chelsea Eye Associates & Chelsea Cosmetic.  He is an attending physician at New York Eye and Ear Infirmary and the Director of Oculoplastics at SUNY School of Optometry. A researcher, clinician, and key opinion leader for pharmacy and device companies, Dr. Eviatar received his medical degree from NYU medical center and then completed his internship at St. Vincent's Hospital and Medical Center in New York City. After serving as Chief Resident in Ophthalmology at NYU Medical Center, he completed a fellowship in Ophthalmic Plastic, Cosmetic, Orbital and Reconstructive Surgery at Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital in New York City. He is Board Certified by the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and is Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. 

A recognized expert with multiple cosmetic devices, Dr. Eviatar has performed thousands of surgical procedures for facial reconstruction and cosmetic purposes. He specializes in non-surgical alternatives to improve one's appearance using tools such as BOTOX, Restylane, Sculptra, Radiesse, Kybella, and cosmetic devices such as Thermi Tight. He was a lead investigator for the 2 FDA clinical trials using Radiesse and Sculptra for facial enhancement in patients with HIV associated lipodystrophy and multiple other research endeavors.  Because of his expertise in cosmetic medicine, he is a select member of the National Education Faculty.  He is a physician trainer and a clinical investigator for Thermi Aesthetics and Allergan, Medicis and Merz, the makers of the leading cosmetic neurotoxins and facial fillers.  He has been selected every year as a top doctor by Castle & Connelly.
